PREPARATION OF  VEGETABLE  SOUPS

Vegetables is one of the foods that contains the essential nutrient needed for the body like vitamins, it provides the body with vitamins like folic acid (vitamin bq), vitamin c and vitamin e.

Vegetables provides vitamin bq (folic acid) that sees to proper development of nucleo protein and child`s nervous system, it also prevent neural tube defects such as cleft palate and spine bifida.

You can get vitamin bq from vegetable, especially a dark green vegetable; there are many types of vegetables that can provide your body system with vitamins like green leaf, pumpkin, mint leave, water leaf e.t.c.

A vegetable also provide vitamin c for the body system, vitamin c assist in the proper development of cells and quickens healing at wounds. A green leafy vegetables supply`s the body system with zinc which is needed for the development of the embryo.

fand protects you from any form of eye problems. Vitamin e pushes away all the contaminative in the eyes in other to retain the good and healthy sight.

Vitamins is highly needed in the body especially for good sight, proper development of nucleo protein and child`s nervous system and assistance In the proper development of cells and quickens healing at wounds.

There are many kinds of vegetable soups like vegetable leaves (pumpkin leave, water leave and bitter leave) and okra soup. Many people doesn`t know that okra is a vegetable that also give vitamins like other vegetable leaves. Okra is also responsible in providing good and sweet voice.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF VEGETABLE SOUPS.

  1. Availability of the vegetable (vegetable leafs or okra).
  2. Know the type of vegetable soup you want to prepare and the ingredients for it.
  3. The quantities of the vegetables available for the soup.
  4. Consider the amount of the ingredient available for the soup preparation.
  5. Make sure that all ingredients are available before the preparation.

INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLE SOUPS.

  1. Meat (any kinds of meat, depending on the cook`s choice) or fish (catfish, stockfish, depending on your choice).
  2. Crayfish (any type of crayfish).
  3. Magi, pepper, onions, salt, oil.

TIPS IN PREPARING VEGETABLE SOUPS (VEGETABLE LEAFS).

STEP 1.

Make your vegetables available.

 

Make your ingredient like (magi, onions, pepper, oil and salt) available.

Also provide your meat or your fish (if available).

STEP 2.

Chop your vegetables (cut it in any size of your choice).

Wash your pepper (wash responsible) and grind it or slice it.

Also wash your onions and then slice it (slice in any size of your choice).

Get every ingredient for the preparation ready.

STEP 3.

Make a fire, wash your meat or fish and then put it into a pot add some of your ingredients like magi, salt, onions and stir very well (add according to the quantities of your stock, to avoid mistakes ) and put the pot on the fire.

Steam the meat for like 3 to 4 minutes (depending on the quantity of your meat or fish).

Add a little water (if you want) and then add your ingredients like pepper, crayfish and oil then stir (add according to the quantity of your choice), wait for like 5 minutes, then add your vegetable and stir very well then wait for like 3 to 4 minutes, then your vegetable is ready to be served.

TIPS FOR VEGETABLE SOUP (OKRA).

STEP 1.

Make your okra and your ingredients available, and also provide your fish or meat (if available).

STEP 2.

Cut your vegetable (okra) into any size of your choice.

Wash your pepper and grind it, also wash your onions and then slice it.

STEP 3.

Wash your meat or fish, make a fire and put a pot on the fire, put the already washed meat or fish on the fire and add some of the ingredients like magi, onions, salt (add according to the quantity of the stock) and stir, then wait for minutes for the meats to be steamed and then add small (if the cook wants), then add  your ingredients like pepper and crayfish and stir wait for 5 minutes.

Then, put a frying pan on the fire add your oil, wait a minute and add your vegetable (okra), stir very well and wait for some minutes (2 to 3 minutes),then add your meat`s stock and stir very well, wait for like 2 minutes, then your okra soup is ready to be served.
